The Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale is our biggest event of the year, and we thought it would be helpful to answer some frequently asked questions for the 2024 Sale!

• HOLIDAY SCHEDULE: MWFC will be closed Wednesday 11/27 and Thursday 11/28 so that our team can enjoy holiday time with their families!

• BLACK FRIDAY/CYBER MONDAY SALE HOURS: Our sale will begin at 12:00 AM CST on Friday 11/29 and will continue until 11:59 PM CST on Monday 12/2!  You’ll have all weekend long to take advantage of great deals!

• SALE DETAILS: 15% off on all fragrance oils, bases*, dyes, wicks, sample size wax, and sample size single & 6 cavity clamshells AND $10 off all cases of wax and clamshells and 25 lb. Stephenson OPC base. Exclusions and details listed below.

 

• LIMITS & EXCLUSIONS: To ensure we have enough products for all our customers to be able to have access to our sale, we will be instituting limits and exclusions this year. Please refer to the list below to see the list of these. You will not be able to check out and a pop-up will occur if you have violated these limits

• INCREASED PROCESSING TIMES: As you can imagine, we’re expecting a huge volume of orders!  More orders means it will take longer to get your order processed (pulled, packed, and ready to be shipped). Our team is amazing at what they do, but we can only pack so many orders in a day!  Beginning Tuesday 11/ 26, and until further notice, processing time will be extended and increased.  Our processing times are always posted, and updated as needed, on our website banner -- refer to this for updated info! Please note that the processing times listed do not include the time it takes the order to ship to you.

• NO ORDER EDITS:  Since we want to process all of your amazing orders as soon as possible, we will not be accepting any order edits beginning Tuesday November 26th and continuing through December 31st.  This means no additions, subtractions, or substitutions to any order that has already been placed, and no changes in shipping methods.  An order may be CANCELED, however a $5 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund on any canceled order.

• OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:  All items are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee its availability or the sale price. We’ve been working really hard to ensure that our top selling inventory items are ready for you!  However, we aren’t able to guarantee items won’t go out of stock, and we won’t be able to provide restock times.  We will restock items as quickly as we can. Please sign up for email notifications on the out of stock items so you’ll know when they are back in stock. Please note that we cannot honor sale pricing on out of stock items that are ordered after the sale date ends.

• TAX EXEMPT APPLICATIONS: If you’re a long time customer of Midwest Fragrance, we hope you have already applied for tax exempt status (if it applies to the state you reside in)! If you have not applied, please note that we will not be reviewing or approving tax exempt requests from Wednesday 11/27 through 12/2.  Our customer service team is going to be busy and won’t have time to review the applications thoroughly, so get your application in before 11/27!  We are not able to retroactively refund the sales tax paid on orders that are placed prior to obtaining an approved tax exempt application.

 

• SALE DISCLAIMER: Sale valid 11/29/24 12 am CST through 12/02/24 11:59 pm CST, while supplies last. Discounts apply to select products only and are automatically applied at checkout unless otherwise specified (wax cases, clamshell cases, 25 lb OPC cases). Exclusions include vessels, lids, discontinued fragrances, gift cards, and shipping fees. Sale cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or rewards. All sales during this promotional period are final and not eligible for price adjustments on prior purchases. Inventory is limited, and we cannot guarantee stock on all items.
