IFRA 49th Amendment Update
UPDATE: December 11, 2021
We have updated all* of our IFRA Compliance Sheets to the 49th Amendment version. This means that maximum usage rates in various products that you might create - potentially have changed. This to due to recent regulatory changes from the International Fragrance Association (none of our formulas have changed- the industry standard has).
The information displayed on our IFRA Compliance Sheet for our oils is up-to-date and this should be the information you should go off of for your maximum usage. You may receive a bottle of oil with the previous information- these labels were created prior to this change and are being replaced ASAP.
The cut-off date to use our oils at the previous usage rate is May 10, 2022. After this date, the new usage rate as listed on our website will be the new standard that you are required to follow to stay compliant with the IFRA.
We know how important it is to get this information to you ASAP in order to allow you time to test your products and get a plan for going forward!
