We do not accept any returns on fragrance oils due to sanitary reasons and due to the nature of our products. We highly recommend purchasing small sample sizes of any fragrance you are unfamiliar with prior to purchasing a larger size.
Due to the recent increase in issues with USPS, we are adding the option for customers to select their shipping carrier (UPS or USPS) at checkout. Pricing is all calculated at checkout for both carriers based on your location, order weight, etc.
This is a trial period that we are working through and will do our absolute best to ensure little to no issues. However, we are still human and ask for your understanding while we make this transition. We have added an option, depending on order size- for free shipping to go with USPS Priority or UPS Ground. There may be an option at checkout to choose UPS Ground free shipping with an added $5 upgrade charge if you wish for your order to be shipped with UPS. After a certain order amount, your order will likely ship with UPS and we will not require the extra fee.
Along with adding UPS Ground shipping options, we are also adding in UPS Next-Day Air and UPS Second-Day Air. Please note, these are only shipping service options and will not affect our processing times as listed on our website. Cases of wax must ship via UPS. Therefore, we cannot ship to PO boxes. Please provide a physical address if you are ordering wax cases.
We are also updating our shipping terms for non-contiguous US locations (AK, HI, GU, PR, VI, and Overseas Military Bases). We no longer will be offering free shipping for these areas. Shipping fees have been determined based on current carrier rates and weight of packages.
Processing times can vary based on current order volume. Up-to-date processing times will always be located in the “announcement bar” at the top of our website. We process orders on business days, Monday-Friday. While we will do our best to follow these guidelines, at times (depending on circumstances and order volume) these may be extended.
Incorrect Address Policy
We are not responsible for any errors made in your billing or shipping addresses. Please double check all information prior to placing your order. All shipping labels will be made to the address you provided. In the event an order is placed and the shipping address is incorrect or invalid and sent back to us, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs associated to have the order re-shipped.
Changes to Order Policy (updated 12/14/22)
You may make any adjustments to your order prior to receiving a tracking number for your order. If you wish to make an adjustment to your order, please email our support team ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number and what adjustment needs to be made. If you need to add something to an order, include what size, quantity, and the scent you wish to add. THERE WILL BE AN ADDED $5.00 PROCESSING FEE FOR ANY ADDITIONS, ADJUSTMENTS, ADDRESS UPDATES, OR CANCELLATIONS PER ORDER (NOT PER ITEM). Additionally, if you are making an adjustment that increases the shipping cost, you will be responsible for this amount OR if you qualify for free shipping because of your additions, you will be refunded this amount. Any additions must be paid in full before your order will be processed. You will have a maximum of 48 hours to pay an invoice for changes or additions. If the invoice is not paid within that time period, the change will be cancelled and the original order will be fulfilled. We cannot guarantee that things will be added, but we will do our best to adjust orders. Please be aware that order edits/changes may add 2-3 business days processing time to your order. This policy also includes requests to combine multiple orders.
We reserve the right to not accept order edits/additions during sales and new fragrance releases. The volume of orders received during these promotions make it impossible to edit orders once placed without slowing down the processing time for all customers. This information will be posted on our social media channels and via email messaging. Customers are responsible for determining the accuracy of their order before submitting it.
Lost or Delayed Package Policy
We do everything in our power to ensure fast, accurate deliveries, but errors can occur. Once packages leave our facility we have no control over the route USPS or UPS uses to deliver your package. In the event that your package is delayed via USPS or UPS, please reach out to your local post office or local regional post office with your tracking number for assistance on locating your package. We are not responsible for any lost or delayed packages. If your package shows as delivered and you cannot find it, please reach out to the shipping carrier to file a claim. We are not responsible for packages after they leave our facility.
Damaged Product in Transit Policy
We do our best to ensure products are packaged safely and securely. In the event something arrives damaged or leaking, please take detailed pictures of the products as well as the packaging and email them to our support team (email@example.com)- include your order number for our records. They will gladly assist you further regarding returns or refunds on damaged products.
Incorrect/Missing Item Policy
All of our orders are triple checked during our processing phase, but mistakes can happen. In the event that you are missing an item or received an incorrect item, please reach out to our support team with proof of order (photo of invoice that came in your order) as well as any relevant pictures within 5 days of receiving your order. Adjustments or corrections cannot be made after 5 days of delivery.
Fragrance Oil Product Information
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the safety of the finished product containing this fragrance by conducting all necessary tests.
Disclaimer: The maximum usage rates listed are the ABSOLUTE maximum allowed % to be in compliance with IFRA standards. These are not suggested usage rates to be used in your products. Typical usage rates are much lower than these values. It is up to you to determine how much % will be needed for your specific product through your own testing process.
All products are filled by weight not volume. Fill lines may vary.
