Cold Process Soap Testing Notes
Tested at MAX (3.80%) FO load, 3/5/22 with a recipe containing 30% lye concentration (water:lye ratio 2.300:1) with 5% superfat at 90 degrees. Recipe is 33% organic and sustainable palm oil, 33% coconut oil, 16% Canola oil, 14.9% olive oil, 3% castor oil, and 0.01% vitamin E oil.
Discoloration: Dark Brown
Design Notes: Recommend mixing colorants prior to adding fragrance oil. Discoloration is strong and may bleed into unscented/uncolored portions of soap.
Scent Retention: Strong
