Payment Information

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. Payment is due at time of purchase. We offer Shop Pay on orders over $50 for those seeking payment installments.

We do not allow holds on orders for any reason. Note that additional exchange fees may apply if your currency is other than US dollars.

All orders flagged as fraudulent -- we will email you for additional information to verify your identity, and you have two business days to send the required information before your order will be canceled and refunded to you.

Payment Verification: You may be asked to provide additional information, a copy of the drivers license or state issued ID for the credit card holder, and/or we may need to verify the credit card number and contact the credit card company for charge verification to prevent fraud.

When making a payment via credit card: Please ensure that ALL of your information was entered correctly. Please especially make sure that the billing address and zip code matches what is on file with your credit card's issuing bank EXACTLY (including any abbreviations or punctuation). If this information is correct and your card is declined, please contact your credit card company.

If you attempt to process payment multiple times with an incorrect address or zip code, your bank may show the charges as pending and hold the money (even though the charges are actually declined) until the charges fall off. The amount of time this takes can vary from 1 day to 30 days and will depend on your credit card company's discretion. We are not responsible for your repeated attempts to process payment, which may result in a hold on your funds. Midwest Fragrance Company does not retain your credit card information for your own protection. You will be required to enter this information each time you place an order. 

At this time, we do not offer this service. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

When you begin the checkout process, you will see a listing of items in your cart and a box designated for a coupon code or gift card. Enter the code in the box and hit Apply. Your code will automatically be deducted from your total.

At this time, our system does not permit more than one form of credit card payment per order. You may use a gift card or coupon code to reduce the amount due and then a credit card for the balance.

Unfortunately, once an order is placed we are unable to add discounts. However, you are more than welcome to apply this coupon to a future order with us!

We are unable to remove tax once an order has been placed. If you wish to be tax exempt for future purchases, please submit the required documentation to our customer service team through our online portal.

MWFC must reach a certain threshold for each state before it is required to collect state sales tax. All states where we must collect sales tax are listed on the Tax Exemption section of the FAQ page along with the required documentation. 

If you live and do business in any of these states and wish to establish your tax exempt status with MWFC, you may submit the required information on our website. From the Help Center, choose Tax Exemption Forms from the menu. Find your state, click the link to access a Tax Exemption Form; Fill out the form, enter the required information and attach the form prior to clicking Submit. All exemption material must be submitted via this online portal. Forms emailed to MWFC will not be accepted. 

Once you submit your documentation, it will take a team member a few days to review and process your request. You will be notified via email if your request has been approved or if additional information is needed.
