Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Midwest Fragrance Company! Below are our shipping terms and policies to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Processing Times

We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday).
  • Processing times may vary based on order volume and other circumstances.
  • Up-to-date processing times are always displayed in the announcement bar at the top of our website.

Please note: Expedited shipping services (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, etc.) only apply to shipping time, NOT order processing times.

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We offer shipping through USPS and UPS, with the following options:

USPS:

  • Priority Mail
  • Ground Advantage (The cheapest option will be selected at checkout.)

UPS:

  • Ground
  • Next Day Air (Expedited shipping)
  • Second Day Air (Expedited shipping)

If your order qualifies for Free Shipping, you must select this option at checkout. If you choose UPS Ground instead of Free Shipping, shipping charges will apply.

4. Shipping Rates

  • All shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and carrier pricing.
  • We offer Free Shipping on orders over $149 (before tax & shipping costs) to the lower 48 U.S. states.
  • For non-contiguous U.S. locations (Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and overseas military bases), free shipping is not available. Shipping fees for these areas are determined based on carrier rates and package weight.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • Wax Case Orders: Due to weight restrictions, wax cases must ship via UPS. We cannot ship wax cases to PO boxes, so please provide a physical mailing address when ordering wax cases.
  • Non-Contiguous U.S. Locations: We no longer offer free shipping for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and overseas military bases. Customers in these regions will see carrier-calculated shipping rates at checkout.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We want you to receive your order safely! If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged:

  • Please contact our customer care team within 5 business days at hello@midwestfragranceco.com.
  • We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for any errors made in your billing or shipping addresses. Please double check all information prior to placing your order. All shipping labels will be made to the address you provided. In the event an order is placed and the shipping address is incorrect or invalid and sent back to us, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs associated to have the order re-shipped.
