Refund policy

At this time, we do not accept any returns on fragrance oils or products due to sanitary reasons and due to the nature of our products. We highly recommend purchasing small sample sizes of any fragrance or product you are unfamiliar with prior to purchasing a larger size.

To start a return for damaged items, you can contact us at hello@midwestfragranceco.com. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
