My state doesn't appear in this area. What does that mean?

+

Midwest Fragrance Company is not yet required to collect sales tax in all states. If your state does not yet appear on this page, you are essentially considered tax free at this time.

Once we do reach the threshold where we must collect sales tax in your state, that information will be added to our online portal on the website where necessary documents can be submitted. If you notice sales tax added to your order, please re-visit this page and locate your state and the required forms to apply for tax exemption. We are not able to refund sales tax already applied to submitted orders.
