A little strong OOB, but once it’s mixed in wax it smells just like a fresh bouquet of roses. I only used it at 6% as I don’t care for florals to be too strong and it was perfect in my wax melts. The scent lasted a long time too. I plan to use this scent for my Valentine’s line.

Let me gush for a minute here

Okay, I know I gushed in my other reviews from the order that I also got this oil in, but this is the standout star. Holy mother of god, I have found a rose scent that doesn't smell like old, dusty, baby powder sadness incarnate, it actually smells like fresh from the garden, natural roses like my grandmother used to grow. You can even smell the green notes from the stems/leaves. Added to that, I usually don't like rose fragrance, so for me to like this enough to regularly want to sniff it whenever I pass by my fragrance oil shelf, that means it's a keeper. Midwest FC is the best.

awesome in CP soap

This scent is amazing. I asked for recommendations from the MidWest FB group on best "rose" scent since I had a request to make and I don't like rose fragrance at all. This one smells exactly like a flower shop or if you stuck your nose into a fresh flower bouquet. It soaped great - no discoloration. Mild acceleration and no ricing. I still had time to do great drop swirls with it.
