Tested at 5% FO load, 5/2/22 with a recipe containing 30% lye concentration (water:lye ratio 2.300:1) with 5% superfat at 90 degrees. Recipe is 33% organic and sustainable palm oil, 33% coconut oil, 16% Canola oil, 14.9% olive oil, 3% castor oil, and 0.01% vitamin E oil.

I use this to blend with a few fragrances as it is the perfect warm, woodsy smell that I feel is universally liked. Other woodsy smells tend to have lovers and haters. It would do very well on its own too!

I bought this in Jan 2023 & it really was like meh! No! So I let it sit. I decided to go back to my order pulled Cracklin Birch out & give it a second shot. It does not smell the same. LETTING IT SIT WAS THE TRICK! I now get a beautiful cinnamon birch scent. I don't know where the cinnamon comes from but I love cinnamon in my diffuser. I swear when I first bought this & opened it there was a little scent that I didn't like at all! Now I love it! ❤ I let all my fragrances sit before I use them. The scent really does change. This bottle will not last long. Have to buy another bottle. Have to go back and see if Bonfire does the same thing. Beautiful Birch! 10 out of 10!
