Smells very close to the real deal. Does set up pretty quickly in cp soap, so don’t plan on doing any swirls. Love that it doesn’t discolor.
I got this scent because mmmy husband mother used to used a gardenia perfume I want to make candels with it and omg his faces was precious he smell that candle like he was getting a hug from his mother Thank you MWF
This is a nice combination scent that gives the sense of gardenia. Behaved well in cold process soap and smelled great in lotions!
I used this in CP soap and the scent is still strong after curing about 8 wks. Gardenia is not my fav scent, but this smells true to the flower!
I'm not a flower girl, or lavender, but I enjoy both of the fragrances! This gardenia is not to overpowering at all!!! I have never burned lavender for myself unless it's for testing, but midwest fragrance's lavender has me burning it for me! My customers love it as well. I can't seem to keep enough oil!

This behaved really well for a floral fragrance and smells so good but I did not plan for it to discolor (as the description says it does NOT discolor) other than that it’s good.
There is nothing more beautiful in the summertime than the fragrance of a blooming gardenia bush. I have this fragrance oil in diffusers all over my house. I decided to experiment and ended up with a gorgeous, tropical fragrance: Gardenia, Plumeria, Mango Coconut and Midnight Moon Flower. Wow!

I can’t stand florals on their own but had a specific request. So I turned to MWFC for it. It was a bit much during the process of candle making BUT after it cured it calmed down a lot and I’m quite impressed with this scent!
I love florals, but this gardenia has other notes that to me make it seem cloying. I really wanted to love it as fewer suppliers would make life easier… but this won’t do for me.😢

Because Gardenia fragrances usually are fast movers they work well for layered soaps. The difference with MidWest FC is this Gardenia FO did not rice on me like many of the others I have tried. The fragrance is a strong floral and has a gardenia like scent you would find on any gardenia FO. I'm not sure anyone can match mother nature when it comes to a true gardenia scent, so for me the fragrance just needs to be close and MWFC gardenia does just that, for me the real difference is this one does not get that grainy look the moment it is added to your oils. I have several gardenia FO that begin to clump and form small bits of soap almost the instant you add the fragrance to the oils, with MWFC gardenia I had plenty of time to add the fragrance stir it in good and then pour my layer without any issues. The fragrance has held up well during the cure. MWFC gardenia has become my go to gardenia FO after I saw just how well it worked in my three layered soap. I give this fragrance 5 Stars out of Five.
This is not a true to life Gardenia scent. It has a powerful overly flora throw out off the bottle.
