A beautiful, captivating aroma of gardenia flowers in bloom. Highlighted with hints of refreshing greens, violet, magnolias and soft musk. 

 

Top notes: Greens, White Jasmine

Middle notes: Gardenia Blooms, Violet Petals, Magnolia

Base notes: White Musk, Sandalwood

Cold Process Soap Testing Notes

Tested at 5% FO load, 12/19/22 with a recipe containing 30% lye concentration (water:lye ratio 2.300:1) with 5% superfat at 90 degrees. Recipe is 33% organic and sustainable palm oil, 33% coconut oil, 16% Canola oil, 14.9% olive oil, 3% castor oil, and 0.01% vitamin E oil. 

Acceleration: Fast

Ricing: None

Discoloration: None

Trace: 

 

Design Notes: Recommend mixing colorants prior to adding the fragrance oil. Accelerates fast with stick blender, so consider hand stirring fragrance in. Great for layers and textures. 

 

Scent Retention: Strong

It is very pleasant smelling. Not too strong. I would recommend this if you are looking for a floral scent that is not too strong. I would use it again

I can’t stand florals on their own but had a specific request. So I turned to MWFC for it. It was a bit much during the process of candle making BUT after it cured it calmed down a lot and I’m quite impressed with this scent!

Not the best Gardenia

I love florals, but this gardenia has other notes that to me make it seem cloying. I really wanted to love it as fewer suppliers would make life easier… but this won’t do for me.😢
