Cold Process Soap Testing Notes
Tested at 5% FO load, 04/30/22 with a recipe containing 30% lye concentration (water:lye ratio 2.300:1) with 5% superfat at 90 degrees. Recipe is 33% organic and sustainable palm oil, 33% coconut oil, 16% Canola oil, 14.9% olive oil, 3% castor oil, and 0.01% vitamin E oil.
Design Notes: Soaped very well. Stays fluid for a long time, allowing for intricate, complex designs or swirl designs. This fragrance tends to develop soda ash once it’s set-up in a mold. We recommend utilizing techniques to diminish/remove soda ash.
Scent Retention: Strong
