MWFC ORIGINAL FRAGRANCE

Inspired by the PNW and Olympic National Park, this fragrance captures the earthy magic of nature after the rain! We’ve started with petrichor, wild nettle, and green leaves and added in moss and amber musk. The base brings it all together with cedarwood and a touch of rainwater and melon! Experience the beauty and serenity of the great outdoors!

Top notes: Petrichor, Wild Nettle, Green Leaves

Cold Process Soap Testing Notes

Tested at 5% FO load, 12/21/24 with a recipe containing 30% lye concentration (water:lye ratio 2.300:1) with 5% superfat at 90 degrees. Recipe is 33% organic and sustainable palm oil, 33% coconut oil, 16% Canola oil, 14.9% olive oil, 3% castor oil, and 0.01% vitamin E oil.

Acceleration: Fast

Ricing: None

Discoloration: Light Cream

Trace: Normal

Design Notes: Very fast acceleration, it will set up very fast in the mold. Recommend adding colorant prior to fragrance.

Scent Retention: Pending full cure.

Strong Throw

I'm melting 2 cubes (1 oz) in a tealight wax melter in our family room and the scent throw is coming down the hall and into other rooms. I used MB150 at 10%. My husband, who never comments, said that he really likes this scent. It's woodsy, rainy, fresh air, petrichor like. If you love nature / earthy / ocean type scents, make sure to grab Pacific Northwest, it's very refreshing!

I live in the PNW, in a very rainy part of the world, and BOY does this capture what the outdoors smells like here!!!
The rain, the dirt, the moss, the greenery.....you can smell it all!!!
This will be a big hit candle scent around here!
