If you want a good smoky/bonfire fragrance, this is it! Worked perfect for my "fire" soap and stayed strong through cure and works well with just a tiny bit mixed with other fragrances to give a subtle smoky scent. Best smooth smoke fragrance I have found
A very nice manly fragrance that is very nice.
Always love MWFC fragrances and fast shipping.
Pleasantly surprised will be adding to my line
Midwest fragrance company is one of the best fragrance companies out there.
I love all of their scents .The smoked cedar and oud is the best smokey scent I have tried.
I havent tried it in my cp soap yet nor lotion but this fragrance is a vedy smoked woodsy masculine scent! Very strong smelling out of the bottle and smells just as the name sounds!
Love the scent of this one. Used to make cold process soap. Can be for women or men. It’s an earthy smoky scent not too strong and not too light just right!
I bought this fragrance oil because I wanted to use it in making a cologne for men. But I found that the cedar was a very strong fragrance and it kind of overpowered. So when I made samples people didn't really respond to it well. So it's just not the right product for me I'll try a different fragrance oil for men. One without Cedar, that Cedar is very strong and it overpowers the end result of my product.
This oil is just breathtaking, so elegant and pleasant.
Nice addition to my scents
Smells like a cowboy scent. I smell leather. I think men will like it a lot. The red in my soap turned bright orange but it wasn’t too bad in CP
This is not the first time the notes are wrong. CP notes state this fragrance will be a pale yellow. It's not. It's brown. Even with TD in it, it's brown. And not even a good brown. I should have listened to the others comments and not the notes. How frustrating to waste an entire loaf for the color to warp. Please be honest in the testing notes as this is extremely frustrating to ruin time, money and now product. Please review who ever is doing the CP notes as this isn't the first time they have been wrong (again).
This is my second fav scent. It adds the right amount of musk to some of my candles. Works great with my soy wax.
This fragrance oob is very nice and even more amazing in products. This was used in cp soap with no issues and scent stayed strong thru cure. In candles it performs well in hot and cold throw. A definite winner for fall and winter!
One of my favs, keep up.the good work!
I do cold process soap and this is my favorite fragrance. It handles well and smells so good if you like more of a musky fragrance. We sell it to men and women.
Not really a big fan of the smokey scent
My customers just love this one. Sold out of all the ones I put out today and it seems to be unisex.
This is an excellent scent! I'll be back for more.
Very glad I purchased this.
Awesome
Fantastic
Smells good by itself
I was nervous to order this one but sooooo glad I did! It’s easily become one of my favorites to blend with
Too smoky by itself but pair with some vanilla and you have a match made in heaven
At first I wasn't sure about this one but it just kept wrapping itself around me. After it was blended with wax (soy coco) it settled in to a beautiful rich scent.
It too crazy about this one. My need to blend it with another scent.
This is my number 1 seller!! Both women and men love it!!!
Loved working with this fragrance in CP soap. I didn’t have acceleration. It does discolor to light brown, but it is perfect for this scent. I use activated charcoal for part of the batch and leave the other part uncolored and it makes for a beautiful soap! It does have very slight discoloration of light yellow-green on top of soap that does seem to fade with time. Husband’s favorite fragrance!!
Just poured this tonight. Wow this is a wonderful smell and my neighbors have already placed an order!
Very nice scent, I needed more masculine scents to balance my collection out!
I had never heard of Oud before. I love this scent. It’s a keeper.

Using our fragrance oils is super simple, and we’re here to guide you! For candles, we recommend adding your fragrance to the melted wax when it’s at the correct temperature (usually around 185°F, but check your wax’s specs). Mix well, pour, and let the magic happen. For soap-making, our oils are perfect for melt-and-pour, cold process, or hot process soaps. Always follow recommended usage rates and do a small test batch to ensure everything works beautifully. Need more tips? Check out our resources—we love helping makers like you!
The recommended fragrance load can vary depending on your project, but here’s a good starting point: for candles, we suggest 6–10% of your total wax weight, depending on your wax type and personal preference. For soaps, always checkIFRA usage rates to ensure your oils are skin-safe and used at the right level. When in doubt, start small and adjust until you find your perfect balance!
