Our biggest sale of the year is almost here…  and we couldn’t be more excited to celebrate with you!

Whether you’ve been shopping with us for years or this is your first Black Friday with MWFC, we’re so thankful to have you in our maker community. Below you’ll find all the important details to help you plan ahead, save big, and make the most of this sale.

Sale Timeline

Starts: Wednesday, November 26, 2025 (12:00 am CST) 

Ends: Monday, December 1, 2025 (11:59 pm CST)

Nov 26-28: Up to 20% off select products

Nov 29-Dec 1: Up to 15% off select products

No code needed - discounts apply automatically at checkout.

Holiday Hours

Our team will be taking a little time to rest and celebrate the holiday with our families. 

CLOSED: Wednesday, Nov 26 & Thursday, Nov 27
OPEN: Friday, Nov 28 - Monday, Dec 1 (normal hours resume M-F)

Processing Times

We're expecting a huge wave of orders (thank you, makers!) and our warehouse team will be working hard to get everything out as quickly as possible. We want to be fully transparent with our processing times because we know how important it is for you to get your orders ASAP!

→ Beginning Monday, November 24, processing times will be 3-5 business days (Mon-Fri) until further notice.

→ Processing time does not include shipping time. Once your order leaves our warehouse, carrier timelines apply.

→ You can always find the most up-to-date processing times at the top of our website.

Order Policies

→ No Order Edits: From Nov 24-Dec 8, we won't be able to make changes after you place an order. This includes additions, subtractions, substitutions, or shipping method changes.

→ Need to cancel? No problem, however a $5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

→ Out of Stock Items: Sign up for restock alerts on product pages to get notified when it's back in stock! Sale pricing only applies to in-stock items purchased during the sale window. We'll restock as soon as possible, but can't guarantee restock times during the sale or provide any estimated time for restock dates.

Shipping Information

→ Due to high order volume and carrier delays during the holidays, shipping times may be longer than normal. 

→ Please double check your shipping address before submitting your order.

→ You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships - please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Discounts & Checkout Details

→ No code required - discounts apply automatically to eligable items.

→ Each item can only receive one product discount.

→ Discounts cannot be combined with any other discount codes or promotions.

→ We're unable to adjust pricing or apply discounts to orders placed before or after the sale period.

→ Adding to cart does not reserve inventory. Items are not secured until your checkout is complete.

→ NOTE: The Shop App will not be available during the sale. However, you can still pay with Shop Pay at checkout directly through our website.

→ Prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice while supplies last.

→ In the rare event of a pricing or checkout error, MWFC reserves the right to cancel or correct orders impacted by pricing or technical errors.

Tax Exempt Applications

If you're tax exempt, please submit your application before Monday, November 24. We won't be able to review or approve tax exemption requests between November 24 and December 1. 

Please note: We are unable to retroactively refund sales tax on orders placed before tax exemption approval.

Returns & Exchanges

All Black Friday + Cyber Monday sale items are considered final sale. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any open items.
