Home cleaning products just got easier to make. Meet your new favorite All Purpose Cleaner & Mop Soap Base- a dual-purpose concentrate designed to help you create multiple cleaning products from one simple base.
This versatile formula can be used to create either an All Purpose Cleaner or a Mop Soap depending on your dilution ratio, giving makers like you an easy way to expand into an entirely new product category without the overwhelm of starting from scratch or building formulas.
Formulated with a plant-based cleaning system and made with plant-derived sugarcane alcohol instead of traditional SDA alcohol, this base was thoughtfully designed to deliver a powerful clean. It helps cut through dirt and grime while leaving surfaces streak-free and residue-free.
Safe for use on sealed surfaces such as countertops, glass, stainless steel, granite, and sealed floors including luxury vinyl plank (LVP), wood floors, tile, stone, and polished concrete.
Simply add 1–2% fragrance oil to the base, then dilute with distilled water depending on the type of product you’d like to create:
- All Purpose Cleaner: 1:19 dilution ratio (5% concentrate to 95% distilled water)
- Mop Soap: 1:32 dilution ratio (typically sold as concentrate to customers with directions for their dilution)
* Please note: This is a concentrate, if you are wanting to create an All Purpose Cleaner, you will need DISTILLED water!
How to Use & Resources
How to make an All Purpose Cleaner (quick start)
1. Measure Your Ingredients. Determine the batch size you are planning to create and measure out ingredients accordingly. Our recommended dilution ratio is 95% distilled water, 5% scented concentrate. Click HERE for our APC calculator!

3. Add distilled water. Then stir your mixture for at least 2 minutes or until fully combined.
4. Package. Once your all purpose cleaner is complete, you can pour it into your desired packaging.
5. Label + Cure. Now that your all purpose cleaner is packaged, it's time to add your label! We recommend allowing it to cure for at least 24 hours before testing.
